It should yes, we have recieved a few other reports of this not working as intented. It has been logged with the team for further review.

Yeah it's definitely not working as intended right now

As far as I tested, it is not getting less during flight by itself but if you use lavatories or shower then it is getting less.

it definitely works, can be filled by gsx. the only thing i cant make work is the waste water being drained by the gsx lavatory service. in fact i cant find a way to drain the waste water at all other than restarting the flight. im not sure if this is a bug or just hasnt been modelled?

I had 475 passengers. After 10 hours of flight time, not a single drop of water had been consumed. So, it doesn't work!

It drops only if you personally use lavatory or shower, otherwise it seems it is not implemented yet. I would also expect that it will be consumed by the time depends to passenger count, but it is not doing it right now.
