Hi All,

I'm at my wits end with this aircraft. On most flights now I'm finding that somewhere in the cruse the aircraft just stops responding. The Sim continues to function normally and I can escape and enter menus etc. I can click buttons in the aircraft but it simply doesn't response.

Is this a WASM fault or is it something else? I've read about "Ghost WASM" crashes on the A350...... What can be done about this? I don't see this behaviour with other developer aircraft. Unfortunatly whilst you can click your way around the EFB, you can't actually action any autosaves.....

Same problem here!!!

I can add my exact same experience to this: It happens too on Xbox. Happened twice now. One time during cruise, one time during descent. The first time I had used time acceleration (via the EFB), the second time I haven´t. Very annoying wasting several hours of (flight) time like this.
Hope this gets addressed quickly.

these are WASM crashes and Ubaid claimed that they have found a solution , but it wont come until after the A380 release..

Hi Peter - Do you have a link or quote from where Ubaid claimed they had found a solution? I've seen a couple of interviews with him over the past couple of weeks but don't recall a comment other than "We know its frustrating"

yeah, im pretty sure he mentioned it in the one with fselite.

Im not 100 on that tho. it could have been wishful hearing.

We are always working towards a solution for both issues, everyone's feedback in here doesn't go unheard. Thank you all.

Disgusting, they should release a fix as soon as they know about it, not wait till the A380 releases, we are paying customers with a product that does not work, consumer protection would have a field day.

We have in the past few months as users have been able to submit WASM Crash logs to our Master Thread for their corresponding aircrafts and as such we've been able to ingest, investigate, and mitigate if not out right eliminate WASM issues where we can. Over this time period crash reports have gone down in volume in regards to those that post on our forums at least; and we remain committed to stomping out these issues for our users. Thank you all for understanding
