It sounds like you've done the initial part correctly. Is the aircraft streamed or installed? Are the INB and OBD knobs turned to a position other than off? These knobs are located on the glareshield on the left side above the Pilot DU1

If I recall correctly in the MSFS Graphics settings, I believe you have to turn the character quantity/quality to Off and they should go away. I've never had people in my cabin and have always set the character model option in the sim as low as can possibly go. Let me know if this helps. Thank you.

If you have the Default Sim Damage Setting Enabled this could happen as when handcrafting terrain and runways like EGLC the bumps can be detected by the sim improperly and lead to some unrealistic affects and behaviors between aircraft, airport, and the simulator itself, you can disable these features as is recommended by most 3rd Party Developers in the Settings, Assistance Settings, under Damage and Crash Settings. The cabin isn't available in the 2020 Version due to performance

Since it's crashed and reinitialized corrupted, do me a favor, reinstall the aircraft, clear the wasm, then launch the sim with 0 liveries and 0 airports, then load into the airport GVAC (super lightweight with not much around it since it's an island), and give it the 10-15 minutes it takes to load. I want to see if it's the aircraft or the sim or one of the airports. Let me know, thanks.

Hi, this is because of two reasons; the first is due to how the team worked around some funky terrain to make the runway at EGLC appear authentic to it real world counter-part and the other being that the MSFS Failures don't exactly interact to well with both 3rd Party Aircraft and scenery and can sometimes trigger the "Crash Event" for said in game failures. It is recommended to disable all of the MSFS Failures that can be found in the Game Assistances menus. Let me know if this helps.

In the OIS, Open the EFB: Open the tablet (OIS) in the cockpit. Navigate to Options: Go to Options > 3rd Party > Download Terrain Data. Start Download: Click the START DOWNLOAD button. Wait for Completion: Wait for the download to finish, which will be confirmed by a notification at the top of the EFB. Restart: Once completed, restart your flight for the terrain data to take effect.
Let me know if that works, additionally if you own A340 you can drag the Terrain Radar file from the folder it's housed in and just copy it into the similar root folder found in 350. I am not sure exactly what these folders are called, we can cross that bridge if we need to.

Hello, if you can try resetting the credentials and then logging back in, might need to restart flight as well, sometimes NG stays signed in but the Token is expired so it leads to this state where the aircraft won't download the data.

When you got the new PC, did you format the drives and fully redownload everything from scratch? (I know you said above you reinstalled addons) and it sounds like something is corrupted somewhere between the sim and the addon itself.

Hi, the Cabin packs have been depreciated since v1.1.7 in lieu of better performance from simplifying the cabin. I know that Hues does provide a compatibility update for those cabin packs which some users owned prior to their removal; and as such update said Cabin Compatibility pack in their own freetime, but anytime the aircraft updates there is potential for that mod to break the aircraft.
