Navigraph connection

I am struggling to connect to navigraph. It's a bit of hit and miss - mostly miss. Navigraph keeps telling me to retry but to no avail. Any ideas please?

I get the message that navigraph has connected and that I can close the window - but it does NOT connect.

Hi, this is a known issue at the moment. Users have said that this issue can be worked around by streaming the aircraft instead of having it locally installed for the time being until a fix is found as we are having trouble reproducing it on our end. It could possibly be a sim issue. Thank you for understanding.
