Throttle management - reduce workload

Hello ini-team!

Let me start by saying congratulations on a very successful release of the beautiful Tristar! One suggestion if I may suggest is an option to have the FE manage throttles during takeoff and when reducing to climb thrust. Unless there is a way that I am simply not aware of?

This would be nice -- especially if you could select the acceleration height for thrust reduction so as to respect different operators procedures
