Recently installed scenery and ensured Custom VDGS selected and GSX profile installed to correct location with no other EGCC profile but cannot get VDGS to work. Have tried disabling custom VDGS without success.  Working with GSX pro latest update. Am I doing something wrong or missing a step?

Update. I have cleared local cache and I can now see what appears to be a double Safedock with the working screen behind and thus obscured.

Hi,

The custom VGDS option is there for those who do not use GSX that way they can still have the VGDS stand as it would be there in real life. When using GSX it is recommended to disable "Custom VDGS" GSX will guide you to park as well as the other features that the VGDS displays.

Thanks for your very quick response. I uninstalled and reinstalled and followed your guidance and it is all working perfectly.  I am very impressed by the quality of the product. I also own EGLL for 2024 and KK for 2020. I will now purchase KK for 2024.☺️

I'll have to double check this but it should be a file in the actual folder for the scenery, should be a .nool file if memory serves me correct.

For Example as you reminded me I needed to remove the file/folder from my LSZH scenery since I use GSX. So in this folder as structure varies between developers, I found here in a subfolder of SimObjects and clicked the noolaero folder and deleted it outright.

unfortunately there is no subfolder for the VDGS. Do you have another guess :)

If you open the scenery_config.json file with notepad++ and go to the Custom VDGS section, does it say it's disabled?
