jeffc Posted December 26, 2025 Posted December 26, 2025 I have the latest version of the scenery .07 but ever since the original .00 came out the connectors between the jetways and the terminal building whatever they’re called are missing the HSBC red horizontal Line and Logo and are just generic white on one side and see through as they should be on the other side but I don’t understand why on the inibuilds store the photos there, the bridges have the correct logo and red line but in the actual scenery they do not- this is for terminal 5abc and 2 and 3 I am not sure about 4. If this could be addressed in the next update that would be amazing. Also why does the scenery use the old HSBC logo the new one has been out for a good few years. Many thanks
AndyM Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Just checked and it seems fine on my .7 version. Logo seems fine to me also.
jeffc Posted January 2 Author Posted January 2 If you look at terminal 5A you will see that there is no red stripe at all 1

I was there last week and I can tell you most certainly even at terminal 5b as well that is not the logo it is the new one with no serif font
Leopold de Bourbon-Orléans Posted January 2 Posted January 2 @jeffc I agree - I do not see any HSBC texture either just a logo that is not the current one and there is no red stripe at terminal 5A! Could one of you @iniBuilds do something about this

Leopold de Bourbon-Orléans Posted January 2 Posted January 2 @AndyMThis is the correct logo for EGLL terminal 5A at least 1

Hi Sorry for delay in response. Missing Red Horizontal Lines on T5A Jetway extensions - Logged for the dev team, the bug was reproduced Missing Logos / Plain White on T5A Jetway extensions - We cannot reproduce this issue on either HD/SD textures or with/without terminal interiors (see above image for ref). - The issue maybe because of a package conflict - either duplicated EGLL scenery installed or another installed scenery affecting the model/textures used. - Please verify via My Library that no other instance of EGLL is active. - To rule out other addon conflicts, try running with just EGLL in your community folder. Rename your existing Community folder (e.g. _Community), create a new one and place only inibuilds-airport-egll-heathrow inside. Clear your scenery indexes and load into EGLL to verify. To restore after testing, delete the new Community folder and rename your old folder back to Community. However please understand that our scenery was made with best available references we had at the time during development and the logos at present reflect that. Advertisements in particular are dynamic by nature and will keep changing over time so there will always be an element of "inaccuracy" in that regard with the digital twin counterparts. Thanks!
