Enroute world map (Both Night & Day versions) on the EFB occasionally goes blank.

Every so often this happens. I've tried zooming in and out which has only worked once or twice. The only reliable fix is switching to the standard version at the top of the pull-out.

am seeing this too. It seems the OLD IniBuilds A350 BUG is back.
@iniBuilds It seems this NAvigraph Charts do not load properly anymore, like in the forst builds for a350. Since 1.1.8 this issue is back.
Moving Maps in EFB, except yxour own standard one, having various issues:
While moving (flying) so the map sould move, it does but it does not load further map details, it stays black towrwards the direction of flying.
While using different navigraph Maps, like I´FR High or I´FR Low or World DAy or World Night, they do not load at all....they seem to stuck so the EFB screen stays black as well.

Same issue here on Version 1.1.9 in MSFS24 (PC). Doesn´t happen on every flight, just occasionally. No clue how to (not) trigger this bug.

Yes, this issue occurs because for some reason the Navigraph token expires. This can be fixed mid-flight by going on the EFB to Options -> 3rd Party -> Reset Credentials and logging on again.

Hello,

We are continuously taking a look at improving this, however, the best way to resolve it on your end is what @hezor mentions above.

Thank you
