February 26, 20251 yr Afternoon, Congrats on the release of the A350! Unfortunately I am not able to see any Terminal Charts on the OIS? It is just showing a black screen with the tabs at the bottom (REF, AIRPORT, SID, STAR, etc....) I am also able to seach for the airports in the top left but still not showing any charts? I have a Navigraph subscriptions and have tried updating and resetting it numerous times. I am also using MSFS2020. Help???

February 26, 20251 yr Not sure if this helps in finding the solution but when I finally switched from the A359 to the A35K, it requires me to connect my navigraph again. When I try to connect it, the connection is not successful and remains as shown on the screenshot.
February 26, 20251 yr +1 here. MSFS2020 and just linked my account. No charts able to view. Seems to me the Token does not get updated/set.
February 26, 20251 yr +1 I connected NG via EFB, reloaded the sim and got no charts! According overview the Navigraph charts should work in 2020. This is a bummer for this ammount of money!

February 26, 20251 yr same for me in MSFS2020. No Navigraph display and out of range T.O THS error. All EFB and FMS procedure correct
