Terminal Charts not showing up?

Afternoon,

 

Congrats on the release of the A350!

 

Unfortunately I am not able to see any Terminal Charts on the OIS? It is just showing a black screen with the tabs at the bottom (REF, AIRPORT, SID, STAR, etc....) I am also able to seach for the airports in the top left but still not showing  any charts? 

I have a Navigraph subscriptions and have tried updating and resetting it numerous times. I am also using MSFS2020.

Yup exactly the same problem even after triple checking Simbrief, Navigraph and the aircraft settings.

Not sure if this helps in finding the solution but when I finally switched from the A359 to the A35K, it requires me to connect my navigraph again. When I try to connect it, the connection is not successful and remains as shown on the screenshot.

Yeah here aswell the same issue cant use Navigraph.

+1 here. MSFS2020 and just linked my account. No charts able to view. 

Seems to me the Token does not get updated/set.

+1 I connected NG via EFB, reloaded the sim and got no charts! 

According overview the Navigraph charts should work in 2020. This is a bummer for this ammount of money!

ad me to the list with the same problem MSFS2020, but what a fantastic aircraft ! Very good FR, great visuals and sounds (except after I lowerd the gear...something is wrong with that sound)

same for me in MSFS2020. No Navigraph display and out of range T.O THS error. All EFB and FMS procedure correct

Turn OFF Auto-Rudder in Sim Settings, this solves the out of range T.O THS error
