Hi, I’m on Xbox and I have a problem with loading fuel. To load the fuel I use the EFB, but even if I hit apply load, the load won’t actually be applied to the plane. On the screens it still shows the wrong quantity of fuel (5000Kg instead of 7000 for example). Even in the MCDU, when I click the buttons to apply the weight values, It automatically puts 5000 instead of 7000.

Hi and apologies for the delayed reply!

We are unfortunately unable to reproduce the issue on our end. I suggest waiting until AAU3 is released as that may resolve your issue! If not, you are welcome to come back here and let us know 🙂

    Thank you

  2. Hello,

Apologies for the delayed reply. I have followed your steps to the tea (as well as disabling GSX) and still unable to reproduce, at least not to your level. Observing the A310 jetway-connection, there is indeed a gap similar to yours, however, it is not major at all and the overhead protection still connects seamlessly so I believe this is fine, as far as I can tell.

As for the A320, it seems to connect perfectly and nowhere near the results your screenshots show. Albeit the version I'm using is the latest build of the 32Nv2. I don't see how that could be a factor, but it still could, so I would wait with that one and urge you to check again once it releases to the public; hopefully sometime this month (MS said a September release for AAU3 if I do not recall incorrectly).

Anyway, apologies for the inconvenience and I do hope it will be resolved for you sooner rather than later. Thank you!

  3. Hello again,

I understand, I believe in this case this is relating to the issue discussed here:

    TL;DR:

So that is something for MS/Asobo to resolve. Other addons get around this by using their own custom navdatabase set compiled by Navigraph. However with this being a Microsoft product, that is not possible.

  4. Hello again,

I double checked today again and still unable to reproduce. Very odd that this behaviour is only recorded at one single airport. Either way, my suggestion is for you to clear your "work" folder. Delete the contents of it and try again.

    A300 Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600

    MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\Packages\inibuilds-aircraft-a300-600

Let me know if this solves it! Thank you

  5. Hi there,

I've done some testing, just to confirm, when flying to this airport, are you having any issues in other aircraft? I've tried reproducing and I am indeed getting the same problem. Tried on default A320neo, the Neov2 & the 787. This leads me to believe that the airport itself is missing data, and this could be the case for other airports in Mexico as well. But please confirm whether or not this issue persists in other aircraft.

You can also give this a read as its a similar issue where we've relied with potential solutions:

Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience!

  6. Hello

I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce, as mentioned. We are not having said issue and I can't find similar reports made recently; that makes it really hard to figure out exactly where it's going wrong. Things such as these to tend to resolve themselves, and I hope sooner than later. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. Will reach out here again if I have any updated information!

    Thank you

  7. Hello,

Currently it's not steerable on the ground using rudder/steering inputs when stationary, but it isn't fully free-castering either as it's real-life counterpart, in that it will respond to rudder inputs when you're taxiing.

For the flight model and other cockpit features, based on the T-33A and T33SF flight manuals that can be found free of charge on Avialogs, but also on pilot testimonials in magazines, including that of the F-AYMD pilot (Top Gun Aviation), here are a few tips for improvement.

1/ A retracted landing gear warning horn should sound at 60% engine speed, and the red warning light should light up.
Press the button next to the throttle to switch off the horn and light.
If, after the horn and red warning light have been switched off, engine speed rises above 60% again, the retracted gear warning circuit will be reset.

2/ If possible, apply vibration effects when approaching stall and transonic.

3/ If possible, switch off the engine after a maximum of 15 s of inverted flight, as there is no more oil lubrication, but before that, the hydraulic pump also deflates, resulting in no hydraulic aileron assistance, loss of engine lubrication and a rise in engine temperature, etc.

4/ If possible, add the possibility of jettisoning the tip tanks to simulate a loss of power on takeoff or even in transit.

I'll pass your suggestions on to the team. 🙂

Another point that has been mentioned and put aside for now is the pilot size. If there's one thing that the eye is immediately drawn to on this otherwise excellent airplane, it is the children sitting in the cockpit (so in this case size matters). Also the height, I've watched many pilots over my 26yrs in the AF and many of them have a way of positioning the seat to enhance their fwd view.

    1. Make a fist

    2. Place their fist on the top of the helmet

    3. Raise the seat until the top of the fist begins to touch the canopy. On the T-33 it brought the top of the helmet at or slightly below the top edge of the fwd windscreen frame.

    Just FWI

Hi! We've had this feedback before and we have recently resized the pilot models but I do understand they are still not large enough. Unfortunately, any larger we start running into clipping issues with the cockpit itself; instead we opted for a slight increase, at least for now.
