I have to be silly and ask.ย  You guys are not using the in sim refueling, correct?ย  You are only using the EFB for fueling? I have not seen this (yet?) so I just wanted to confirm to see if there is a difference in what I am doing and what is being done that causes it.ย ย

Allways only us the EFB for fulling and i have the feeling it happens when the Left Main and Right Main tank comes to emty but seems not all the time like this..

I did the same flight today again and it woked but i had more fuel, at ILS flight i had around 2200kg in Left and Right Main Tanks what normal be emty at this time and still had my 3300kg or so in both the outer thanks.

I consciously did the extra filling to see how it behaves when the main tanks still have fuel and it worked, but I don't know if that's the real cause, but it could be an approach to see if the code fits..

    cheers ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. After a 6h flight ( only had a one hour more in front )๐Ÿ˜ย  i had it again: The "Fall out of the Sky" issue and i am realy mad now, tought it was fixed..

My MSFS Fuel and Weight panel looks the same like from user rafalwlo at the left main and reight main tanks, maybe this helps to finally find this anoying bug..

    cheers ๐Ÿค”

  3. This fueling over the EFB works fine for me:

What i do from start at the runway -

Load my weight from Simbrief and as i could not load the fuel with starting engines i go over to the saved panel states and chose "Apu"

Than i set my fuel and looking it counts up and after some seconds i than chose panel state "Ready for Takeoff" what is loading and my fuel still loads to my flightplan fuel and this always works fine for me.

  4. Hi all,

Doeing a first flight at the moment with V.1.0.4 and the A300-600P and saw a climb rate ( at 24000 feet and 135000lbsย  ) with 800fpm what looks a bit wired to me ?

This went goeing on to my altitude of 36000 feet more or less so i had around 165nm to 36000 feet and that seems not normal i would say. ๐Ÿค”

This wasenยดt like this with V.1.0.3 there i had around 130-135nm what looks more normal to me..

Anyone else have such a experience ?

I have the same problem. Out of multiple flights with A306, only 1 of them hadย noย problems regarding the issue described in this topic.

So I started analyzing this problem from the user perspective and noticed the following:

    • The problem happens on both ground and in the air. On the ground, the aircraft starts bouncing on the ground and ragdolling all over the apron. In the air it suddently falls down with master warning on, systems shutting down after a whileย (possible fuel starvation) and the flight control inputs are no more working.
    • On ground the problem can be fixed by reloading the fuel in the EFB and then repositioning the aircraft back to the stand.
    • In the air the problem can be fixed by shutting down the engine, reloading the fuel in the EFB, starting the APU and then starting back the engines. Usage of slew mode and active pause may partially help keeping the aircraft in the vicinity of the area where problem originally occured. Changing the fuel amount in MSFS weight and balance menu doesn't work.
    • There is an integer overflow (or underflow) in terms of the fuel in the left and right main tanks. I suppose this makes the aircraft so heavy that it bounces on the ground and suddenly falls down out of the sky.

    image.thumb.png.5c8608916a714e937e900da9a661e06e.png

I'll continue analyzing this problem by loading some extra fuel so that the fuel in left and right main tank doesn't go down to 0. Furthermore, I'll explore further possibilities managing the fuel on board on this aircraft and let you know in case I have more findings.

    Hope this information helps!

    Best regards,
    Rafaล‚

Thats a great finding ๐Ÿ‘ and could possibly be the "Fall out of the Sky" problem, so hopefully this helps to fix this anoying Issue..

Have you guys noticed any commonallity between the crashes? Like the time when it has happened? Or the amount of fuel/weight carried at the time of the crash? Has it only been in one of the variants or both of them?

We noticed in one video that the weight jumped to something super high, was that always the case for others as well?

I have to hold back for this because I really can't say whether that was the case or not - sorry..

  7. I see this problem aswell at least at bigger Airports ( stuttering, lags ) and it is seen at Tests with comparing to other planes ( PMDG, Fenix, Asobo/WT 787-10, Horizon 787-9, Kuro 787-8 and some others.

So on smaller and bigger airports all those planes handles fluid wise much better as the A300-600, maybe you can take a look and possibly some optimazion can be done for fluid/FPS..

  8. Just be happy that it works for you, it doesn't for me. I have this "Fall out of the skie" issue and it's not funny if you fly a lot and have to be constantly afraid that the plane will come down and you can do nothing about that. But of course this issue is difficult to find and it can take a while, but I'm confident that inibuild will fix it.

So people, be a little gracious with your spoken words, it's probably difficult enough for the Devs to find the problem - so please be patient guys !

  9. Thank you inibuilds for a sign to try eliminate this gamebraker bug !!

I7 7820, Asus Prime X299 AII Motherbord, MSI 8GB 2080 super, 64GB Skill Trident Ram, WD Harddrives.

All my Add ons are linked with Addon Linker.

No other payware Aircraft is linked i only always link the plane i fly so at this time it is the A300.

I use some Payware Airports all linked ( no Freeware ) all MSFS planes are in use.

In use is Brian season, GSX, FSLTL.

And i use when needed the GTN750 but this is not linked if i fly an Airliner.

I have no stability Problems with my PC at all since years now and everything else i use with MSFS i do have no problems all works well.

    Hope this helps..

Navigraph isn't supported they use the default MSFS airac to begin with ๐Ÿ˜‰ so to rule out conflicts maybe useful to try...

I know this but this is no problem with all other Aircraft types i fly in MSFS but i have a look..

But seems not the case :

To add curious if you guys have installed Navigraph in MSFS?

I don't. No Navigraph (i use my ipad), no FSUIPC, no GSX, no FS Realistic

For me aswell the only one, look at the sims weight Section there the weight allways sits more in the back and i assume thats the reason for that..

Oh, forgot, the A310 do have the same issue at the start..

I've attempted all methods to fix this, and nothing has worked.ย  I've uninstalled all mods, I've turned off all damage, turned my settings down to low-end, and it still happens.

I've had it at least 10 times now.ย  It's... frustrating.ย  I'm trying to be patient, as I *really* love this plane otherwise.ย ย

    The ways it's crashed:

    1) Selecting DIR on the FMC.

    2) Making no inputs of any kind, the autopilot is just cruising.

    3) Adding speedbrakes on descent using a HOTAS.

    4) Turning my head (using an IR tracker)

    5) Turning the fasten seatbelts sign off on TOC.

    6) Selecting a HDG for descent vectors.

    ย

Honestly, I have no idea what's causing this, but it's completely random as far as I can see.

I'm running AMD CPU and AMD GPU (RX 6700) if that helps.ย ย

I am shure it has to do with the plane itself not with other things, the only thing that wonders me is that some have that issue and some not..

  14. I know this problem aswell, several times it happens to me.

Tri to press your joystick forward to keep the nose from the airplane down to the runway this seems better working for me. Looks like the plane loses at higher speeds the contact to the runway and so this happens - just have a try..

  15. After three flights with no "fall out of the sky" ( tought it was fixed for me ) at todays flight i had again a "fall out of the sky" so NO it is not fixed and still there - hopefully you inibuilds guys find to fix the problem because like this it kills the immersion and every flight seems like lottery game ๐Ÿค”
