  1. Regarding point #2, TAS isn't the only cause of this phenomenon. Pressurization (ie. cabin delta pressure) also plays a role. Part of the low bass rumbles are the sound waves travelling through the airframe. The High pitched whine, the one that get damped low-pass filter style, are travelling though the air from the outside. Since the outside air gets thinner... Those sound waves have a much harder time reaching the inside of the cabin.
  2. Hello guys, Thanks for the great product. One suggestion (something that might have been there already in the XP version ? I forgot). IRL, as your aircraft gets higher and the differential pressure increases with pressurization, the engine sounds gets filtered. Basically as if a low pass filter was applied progressively as you climbed. Technically, it means that the high pitched part of engine sounds from outside are "muted" by the differential pressure, but the lower, bassy sounds can still be heard in the cabin. Also, at some point during climb, the dynamic wind sounds becomes the loudest and engines aounds gets very faint in comparaison. See here: You can compare the sounds between the 4th, 5th and 6th minute mark 😄 Currently we can still hear the engine whistle at idle while descending at FL300, that should not happen. I think WWise allows to put such filters quite easily. Thanks !
  3. I'd sell 3 kidneys for expansions starting with PW engines and then cargo, ACJ, MRTT, A300...
