Hello, I've passed this onto the developer concerned. He is currently not available and he will reply once he's back. Cheers.

Hi @Aloy Zhouy, Do you perhaps have any antivirus software running? It might be because it's blocking a file iniManager is trying to download/extract. Do let me know. Cheers.
-
Hi, Glad that's all resolved. Thanks for letting us know! Cheers.
-
Hi, For the time being you can't queue product downloads, only liveries. This is something we'll look into in the future. Cheers.
-
Hi @Aleks, Could you possibly post some of the flight plans that didn't work out for you? Cheers.
-
I would suggest moving them all out and having just Queenstown in the folder to see if you still get the crash. Cheers.
-
That's correct - only products purchased in the iniBuilds store will show up in the iniManager. Cheers.
-
Hi @Bigfoot, Could you perhaps record a short screen recording of exactly what happens? We don't see any issues, and we can't reproduce the issue. Please let me know. Cheers.

This matter has been resolved for a select few users who have been experiencing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and the long wait in getting this resolved. If the issue persists, please open a support ticket at https://inibuilds.com/contact Cheers.

Hello @Andrew, The manual installation ZIPs are no longer provided since we've removed that system from our store in favour of the manager to allow for heavily-requested benefits such as auto updating and easy product management. Please contact direct support in regard to this query. @gabedonate - this issue is now resolved, apologies for the wait. Cheers.

Hi @Neil_M_UK, Thanks for your suggestion. Cheers.

As @dipperdolphin states, you can still continue using your aircraft, you just won't be able to manage those installs using the iniManager. A fresh installation of add-ons is for fortunate reasons, such as updates without the need for reactivation of aircraft, is mandatory. Cheers.

Hello, The iniManager only detects items you've purchased through the iniBuilds Store, and subsequently installed using the iniManager. So ToLiss products you've purchased from elsewhere won't be compatible with the iniManager (and there's no way to transfer your licence to our store from another to allow usage with the iniManager) And as it mentions on the downloads page, you must remove and via the iniManager re-download any items purchased though our store to switch the product detection process to the iniManager. Cheers.
-
Hello, Please read what it mentions on the download page: In order to detect your products correctly and ensure they're kept up to date, you're required to remove your current addons that were installed manually from the iniBuilds Store and install directly through the iniManager. Going forward, you'll be able to update your products directly through the iniManager. Cheers.

Hello, Thank you for the positive words regarding the new iniManager. Only products purchased through the iniBuilds Store can be used with the iniManager. The only developer currently allowing transfers to our store from other marketplaces is Verticalsim. Cheers.

Please get in touch with direct support to resolve this issue. inibuilds.com/support Cheers.

It should be all resolved! Cheers.

Hello, Some stuff got overwritten on our server, this will be fixed ASAP. Cheers.

Hi @pilotskcx, Do you have many other third-party add-ons in your community folder? If so, please try moving them out temporarily and then trying to just load Queenstown. Cheers.
-
Hi @pilotskcx, I will have this looked into by the team and get back to you if we can reproduce this issue on a clean installation of the simulator. Cheers.
-
Thanks - and how exactly are you exporting these textures from Photoshop? Could you post some pictures of the export settings? Cheers.

is it possible to add a product purchased from SimMarket to iniManager?
Max replied to scarif5's topic in Support (Windows)
Hi @scarif5, It is not possible to transfer your simMarket orders to the iniBuilds Store to be used with the iniManager. Cheers. -
Hello @henschroed, I would suggest completely re-downloading the aircraft and re-installing it. To confirm EFB inputs, you must hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard. Please let me know if all is resolved post reinstall. Cheers.
