Just to clarify:

1. Clear online cache and restart MSFS
2. 'SOLVED- My "Bing Data World graphic" was set to OFF. I set to ON and all is now fine. I don't what it is set to by default, I don't recall ever adjusting previously and can't even find reference to it here in the forums. Either way, That you very much for your persistence, I do appreciate it..'

Ok, but i do not want to use Bing data world graphics on, because of my bad internet connection, so I cannot use Iniscene Heathrow scenery?

It's currently the only known workaround, we have exclusions placed for the trees, however nothing is stopping them from spawning randomly. It's an issue reported on more than 3 well-known sceneries, so it's not to do with our scenery but the sim itself.

Furthermore, it even happens for us and our beta testers randomly with the Bing data turned on, and a sim restart fixes the issue.

The solution is in the hands of Asobo, hopefully the release of SU8 will resolve this matter.

The bug about the trees has been resolved by the new update. The next bug I got, it is the ILS that does not appear even when the freq is well placed in the FMC.

Which ILS? I've just finished a flight using 09L and all was okay.

There was an issue with the ILS for some people (including me) which was resolved by deleting the Content.xml file.

When u delete the content.xml, it will refresh itself by redownloading? I only opened it giving a false mark in the list for the old EGLL not to let loading both of the sceneries. the iniscene and the default ( I also have the premium deluxe)

It will refresh itself by regenerating and re-layering the scenery order within it, prioritizing Community folder content over default.

Your FlyByWire A320 might need an update to the latest stable version.

I am so sad and also mad on these softs, I have to be a computer specialist to use these softs? I payed for the a lot they don t work fine it takes a lot of time to find out what causes the bug. I am tired of them. I deleted  the content.xml, refreshing redownloading, trying the default aircrafts, it turned out clearly that only at Heathrow the ILS does not work and when i don t use bing map online, there are also trees on the airport, everywhere. All of these for a payware. I don t want to know how it works I payed to use them. Thank you.

Sorry for the frustration caused, and I understand that it's quite a pain to deal with all these issues when all you want to do it fly.

Unfortunately, the trees issue still isn't resolved by Microsoft in the latest update.

As for the ILS issue, you'll have seen in previous threads that it's causes by either the aircraft the user is flying or the content.xml, that's why I echo that you should upgrade your FlyByWire A320 version to the latest stable non-development version.

There a lot of other sceneries that don t have this issue about the trees, to hope that the asobo will resolve this problem is insane, this problem is not Adobo s. This is a payware that is up to the developers. So we always have to wait until Asobo will resolve this and after the X-est update we will hope that EGLL will work? This is really not professional. The ILS problem is the same with default aircraft and the same with stable version of FBW. It takes a lot of time to try, I am not Sherlok Holmes.

This is my last reply in the theme, there are no more comment about it. The only thing we have about this whole SIM including your Heathrow, it is the hope.

Can I make a suggestion regarding the ILS issue you have if you haven't already tried it. Remove all other addons from you community folder (cut and paste to a separate folder), and again delete the content.xml file,  and try it with just the EGLL scenery and your FBW aircraft.

I understand your frustration - but this is not quite true.

We have used the tools and methods provided by Asobo to exclude any trees from appearing on the airport, if the game engine is not respecting such, there isn't much we can further do until Asobo fix the bug.

Again, for both the ILS and Tree matters, we're doing all we can when we can to come to finding a solution since we don't disregard such issues as customers are still discussing the matter actively as being an issue.

I would hope (and yes, as you've mentioned we run on hope here too when there's thus far no possible input from us to resolve the matter) that the next update compiled on the latest patch of the simulator will resolve these matters.
