October 7Oct 7 Hi, After updating the A380 to version 1.0.3, I have a problem where the OIT display no longer works. As a result, I no longer have access to the performance tool, since it is located there rather than in the EFB.best regards Benjamin
October 7Oct 7 Likewise. And the version no. in the EFB still shows 1.0.1 despite the terrain overlay on the ND now working.EDIT: I'll try flushing all cached files and try again - just in case... Edited October 7Oct 7 by dib669 Additional detail of potential solution
October 7Oct 7 Yes same, but my plane is now pink, and my front nose gear doesn't turn when taxiing. How do i get the plane accept more than 9% of fuel.

October 7Oct 7 Solution The OIT computer has to be switched on on Cold and Dark state, is turned off by default now it seems. (The computer just behind the tiller). Edited October 7Oct 7 by captainhandsome

October 7Oct 7 I was confused by this thread as my default state is not cold and dark, but a self made turnaround state that reflects the state in which pilots usually find the aircraft and the OIT very much worked for me.Now it makes sense.
October 7Oct 7 I read the comments, still cannot get it to work, is there a knob other than this one?

October 8Oct 8 After 1.0.3 the OIT is dead. Clicking the screen, which used to boot it, does nothing. Brightness is already at BRT, GPU and batteries are on, WASM is not crashing, and a full Marketplace reinstall changes nothing. The EFB just sits on "Awaiting Data / Initiated through OIS", so takeoff performance is gone.Your own FAQ still tells us to use an "OIS PWR" switch on the side console. That switch is not there. The actual power button is now hidden behind the oxygen mask box, by the yellow hose, behind the tiller, and it is off by default in cold and dark. Nobody documented this. People on this thread only found it by accident.I spent hours clearing WASM, reinstalling, and hunting for a button that your manual does not show. Shipping a paid aircraft update that silently kills the only performance calculator, then hiding the fix behind the oxygen mask, is a bad release. Put the computer back on by default, put the switch where the manual says it is, and stop making customers reverse-engineer a cockpit to get V-speeds.
