Default panel state not working

I have set my default panel state to cold and dark in EFB, but when I spawn on a runway, the aircraft still spawns with engines running.

I do think this is a bug. Because the A350 doesn‘t have this problem. Whenever I spawn, the A350 will always be in cold and dark state as I set. Also, the A380 FAQ says “Your chosen state will now be applied automatically whenever the aircraft is loaded.”
