Like the title states the "100 above" and "minimum" callout overlap with GPWS altitude callouts. In the irl. aircraft this is obviously not the case, with the callouts being played in close sequence if applicable. 

Sadly this is a bug that was already present (and reported) on the A350 as well as other ini Airbus aircraft and still has found its way onto the A380.
