D-ATIS requests sometimes simply go unanswered; there is no response, nor is there a timeout or anything similar.

Hoppie. But in this case there was nobody online, so it should fetch a direct ATIS without Hoppie-, SI- or BATC-data...

same issue here no response even on some major airports like EDDF and others. im using BATC

You need o have a flightplan loaded on the init page for D-ATIS to work
