Just purchased the above, but it says it is Disabled, Not Available in market place?

Mine is getting stuck at 77% downloading, marketplace is kinda crap

Same have you guys found a solution?

you have to restart the game....

Yes I've had the same. I restarted the sim and then it was suddenly there, however annoyingly - it's only able to be streamed into the game - zero option to download it locally (which is what I prefer to do).

Secondly, I'm a bit annoyed and perplexed that it's only available on the FS Marketplace and not directly through Ini....

£70.09 spent and so far I'm sat here just waiting or this addon to 'stream in'... Not the best start!

Tried flying it (flies and performs very well, kudos) but still unable to Download it?

edited for spelling.

I had the same. I purchased but then showed unavailable in library.

However exited and opened Inibuilds store. It was there so installed from that location. Works fine and performance is amazing from first load.

Give it a go

At the first time, this is also happening to me. I closed MSFS, restart it again and it is automatically enabled.

It is downloaded and vary between 5% to 29%, stuck and redownloading again.
Tried to disconnect the wifi then it is ready to install.

I hope this is help for everyone

Safe Flight!

I rebooted pc 4 times & it just appeared, absolutely crazy system used by marketplace. Inibuilds should have set it up to install with inimanager which is the whole point of the app. Buy, download install.

Hi, I can't download it, it keeps getting to 24% and restarting the download from 0%, any solution?

Same issue here. Trying to download via marketplace, it gets stuck at some percentage, pauses, then restarts in an endless loop and eventually shows "download failed". A disappointing start after spending £70.09!

Hi Kyle, appreciate what you're saying but it's not entirely helpful for everyone. Surely is it not worth raising with FS from your end that users are not able to download the product locally? As we know, they never listen to individuals.

Not everyone has a super solid or super fast internet connection.

I've also had x4 CTD with the A380 in the last 24hours, not had a CTD in months. It's etiher the A380 itself it the fact it's streamed in (when nothing else on my game is streamed in other than the core content).

Many thanks in advance.

Can I just double check that you're not relating to the reduced textures version of the A380? That seems to be available for everyone regardless of having it purchased or not.

IMO. This really isn't the best way to launch a product.

Have you downloaded the aircraft. I know for me last night the msfs servers were being slammed so that was a huge part of the download issues but eventually mine downloaded. I also loaded into the aircraft and let the WASM compile then restarted the sim. I have not had any issues. I am not running performance mode either.

Hi Danny,

As another user mentioned in this thread, the MSFS servers were getting slammed last night with everyone trying to download and fly the aircraft.

Have you been able to download the aircraft successfully yet?

Thanks!

Hi Kyle,

No, not yet. Tried again at 0800 GMT this morning and still saying unavailable. I'd also question how that other user would know that to be a fact rather than an assumption.

Best regards,

Danny

Apologies I hadn’t realised. Yes it is the reduced textures
