PiotrMKG Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 So I get theese errors while if I try to install any of my airports. I have MSFS installed on separate disk (not default C:), manager sets destination to community folder to C:\XXX which is hard link to community folder on D:\ Now that I deleted Your airports from my community folder in hope that I will reinstall them via manager, which turned out impossible, I see that I cannot dowlnoad them via my account through web browser, just great. And one more thing why not implement feature known from ORBX Central or Contrail App, of installing addons in separate folder and making links to community folder, how hard can it be?
horacer Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Hi guys, I just wanted to leave a quick note, that I'm experiencing the same problem. Additionally, even if I already had installed everything, nothing is discovered by iniManager. That's probably related isn't it? Kind regards, Hendrik

I have strong feeling that Manager has issues with MSFS installed on different drive than C:\
horacer Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Hi @PiotrMKG Yes, I do have both X-Plane and the MSFS package dir on a different drive like you have. Although iniManager discovered both paths correctly the problem might be related to our setup... just an assumption. Let's see what the guys from Ini are commenting.
horacer Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Sorry, in my case I was just too stupid to read the lines: Quote In order to detect your products correctly and ensure they're kept up to date, you're required to remove your current addons that were installed manually from the iniBuilds Store and install directly through the iniManager. Going forward, you'll be able to update your products directly through the iniManager. Your case @PiotrMKG seems to be something else then 😐
PiotrMKG Posted December 2, 2021 Author Posted December 2, 2021 So after installing manager ver 1.0.3 all works as it should. But still I would like abitity to install addons in separate folder and have symbolic links.
Bigfoot Posted December 5, 2021 Posted December 5, 2021 Hi all, Same problem, can not intall any plane A300, A310 or Beluga. Removed all manual installed products, but IniManager does not install anything. PLS Fix.
Administrators Max Posted December 6, 2021 Administrators Posted December 6, 2021 Hi @Bigfoot, Could you perhaps record a short screen recording of exactly what happens? We don't see any issues, and we can't reproduce the issue. Please let me know. Cheers. Max iniBuilds | Management - Art Directorinibuilds.com
Bigfoot Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 (edited) Hi all & support, I solved the problem. One PNG file was blocked by AVAST virus scanner. When I approved the file writing, the problem was solved. Note: Today I saw this AVAST warning but before reporting it, it was not visable for me. Bigfoot. Edited December 7, 2021 by Bigfoot Adding note.
Administrators Max Posted December 7, 2021 Administrators Posted December 7, 2021 Hi, Glad that's all resolved. Thanks for letting us know! Cheers. Max iniBuilds | Management - Art Directorinibuilds.com
