First try at the multi jetways at EGLL, only tried one stand but something not quite right. If I select jetway 1, door 1, it goes to door 2. If I then select it to go to door 2, it goes to door 1.

Hi,

I just tested this on my end, and everything is working correctly. If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to update your GSX Heathrow profile by removing and reinstalling it through iniManager.

I’ve also attached a screenshot that should help clarify which jetway is labelled as what.

Thank you, will do. I see you have selected U1 to door 2. I did L1 to Door 1, and L2 to Door 2. I didn't select U1 as in the real world that is for the upper deck.

GSX profile deleted and reloaded via IniManager. Not had a chance to test other stands, but 564 is definately not right. L1 and Door 1 selected, but goes to door 2.

Everything seems to be working correctly on my end (see attached picture). Could you please confirm that there isn’t another GSX profile running for London?

As an additional step, could you also confirm that the default handcrafted London scenery has been disabled?

Hi, yes the default handcrafted London scenery has been disabled, and I'm only showing the Ini EGLL file in the GSX folder. I noticed you have loaded up the -300, do you have the -200ER to try as that is the one I use? Thanks.

You would indeed be correct! The system is not currently working with the -200ER. I believe this is due to a limitation with how the doors are handled on the 200 variants.

I’ve attached a list of the fully compatible aircraft with our multi-jetway system for reference.

As we do not develop the aircraft, PMDG would need to update their door data for this functionality to work.
