I want to uninstall and reinstall, but it's stuck on "uninstalling" forever. I ended up deleting it manually and cleaning up the "exe.xml" entry, but IniManager still says it's installed, it's stuck on "uninstalling," and now I can't reinstall. What should I do? Thanks.

We are currently aware of the issue regarding the inimanager download loop and are actively trying to fix it. In the meantime, can you try downloading the terrain maps directly from the Synaptic website.

Sharing an update. I was able to download the 1200 res version directly from the Synaptic website. Speed were very fast as well. Installed and rathe executable nd can confirm it is working in MSFS 2024 as before.

I downloaded the 1200 version using the inimanager. In the folder that downloaded there were two executables: A220-launcher and map-server. What is the difference? I ran them both and nothing seemed to happen. I then started the sim and loaded the A220. And the terrain overlay was there. I am a little confused.

I only run the map-server executable. Just make sure you start the sim first, then run the .exe. A command window will open. Just minimize it and you’re good to go.

I am about to try this, have not been able to get it working at all. If this is the case, someone at Synaptic need to tell the team to update their docs becuase it clearly on there says the sim needs to be closed apparently.
