Yesterday at 05:39 AM1 day I just did a reinstall of the inimanager because it stopped functioning. Now I am unable to login into the inimanager, I can login into the inistore with the same credentials. Is there away to solve this issue, thank you.
Yesterday at 02:35 PM1 day Same problem here. I did a reinstall of the IniManager and deleted the IniManager directories from %APPDATA and %LOCALAPPDATA. After starting the app and entering my credentials, IniManager will not log me in. I have tried running a administrator but that doesn't help.
23 hours ago23 hr Staff Hello,A couple users were also running into this issue yesterday with ISPs and Advanced Security Options; Here are a couple things you can try:I was able to solve the problem for me. If you use Xfinity in the USA try going into the Xfinity app and turn OFF Advanced Security. After I did that the inimanager started right up as normal. I found the issue to be my antivirus software, you have to go in and “allow” the inimanager application through the settingsIf these don't work, put in a Direct Support request here: https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact as they will be able to assist more,Thank you for understanding.
22 hours ago22 hr Same here, have tried a few times and even re-installed the software, but it still doesn't work.
22 hours ago22 hr Same for me. When I try to login, its showing the circle next to the login button and then stopps. No error message, nothing. I assume its a problem with the server which handels the login. When you try to access the webpage where you can reset your password, it shows me ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR. I aussume its either a not working URL in the Manager or a certificate error on their Server which handels login etc.#EDIT: I've just created a ticket. Lets see :D Edited 22 hours ago22 hr by Schaf

17 hours ago17 hr hi @IniJamir Same issueFor me this happened after yesterdays Windows updateI do have Xfinity internet though here at home.. Still could be that problem but I have allowed inimanager.exe through the windows defender firewall. PS Direct Support ticket submittedthx Edited 16 hours ago16 hr by John N
5 hours ago5 hr Hi guys, I'm posting the same info here that I've shared with IniBuilds via my Ticket:I found the following:On my phone while connected to my Wi-Fi network, the website does not open and shows the same error (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR).On my phone using the mobile network, the website opens without any issues.Windows Defender does not inspect SSL encryption or verify the authenticity of SSL certificates. I do not have any other antivirus software installed.Changing the DNS server in the Windows network adapter settings (to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8, along with their IPv6 equivalents) makes no difference.I dont use any VPN at the moment or have any VPN Client installedA restart of my router makes no difference. One week ago, everything was working fine from my PC.I live in Germany and have a Telekom DSL connection. I suspect the issue is somewhere between Telekom and your server. I'll also try accessing the site from my PC through a VPN later. If necessary, I'll connect my PC to my phone's Wi-Fi hotspot and see if that works.

I wonder if that latest windows update (for windows 11) broke something?

Is Xfinity Advanced Security a separate app that I can open in Windows? How would I access my network to see if I have that and/or turn it off?? Thank you for your time

However you are not on xfinity and having the same issue so it just begs the question what went wrong and why. I dont believe its an issue with inimanager now though because not enough people have mentioned it, but i am not behind the scenes nor do i have visibility on the incoming tickets. Either that or one of the solutions that has been posted here (and in the other forum topic https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/36844-inimanager-stuck/) might be working and I just havent been able to replicate the fix..
1 hour ago1 hr Hi guys, quick update:I have an update:I can open the IniManager, log in, and use it without any issues when my PC is connected through a VPN.The same is true when I use my phone's mobile connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot for my PC.As soon as I disconnect the VPN or switch my PC back from my phone's hotspot to my regular LAN/Telekom DSL connection, the IniManager session drops and cannot be re-established. I can't download anything, install anything, or load images or preview videos.I also noticed that on this forum, the avatars of users who have uploaded a custom profile picture do not load when I'm connected via Telekom DSL. When using a VPN or my phone's mobile hotspot, those avatars load correctly and I see the icon for a broken image. Same story with attachements.Default avatars (the ones displaying one or two letters from the user's name) always load. The store website also works perfectly over a VPN or my phone's hotspot, but not over my Telekom DSL connection. The issue appears to be somewhere between iniBuilds or Shopify and the servers of certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers).Since it seems that several users are affected, it would be interesting to find out which ISPs they are using. In my case, it's Deutsche Telekom (DTAG).It would be useful to determine whether this affects all Telekom connections, all networks operated by Telekom subsidiaries or partner companies (there are providers in several countries that belong to the DTAG group), only a subset of Telekom customers, or customers of other ISPs as well.I hope the team at iniBuilds can find a solution, because the free VPN I'm using for testing is extremely slow, and I'd rather not use my mobile data allowance to download several gigabytes of content from the iniBuilds Store. In addition to that, pls find a screenshot of a traceroute from my PC / DTAG DSL attached (the timeout is propably not the issue and I still assume its a certificate issue on shopify / IniBuilds side or a authentication issue on either their side or the side of my ISP. Timeouts often happen in Traceroutes as some ISPs do not respond to or drop ICMP Packets): Edited 1 hour ago1 hr by Schaf

Thats something they have to check. Beside my posts here and my ticket to InIBuilds I have opened a ticket with my provider and told them the exact same, however, I'm still waiting for their response. However, as it is friday afternoon here in germany, I dont expect them to respond before next week :D#EDIT: Let me put it in another way: I assume its a problem with the connection to the Server or to the URL the IniManager tries to connect which is handeling all that stuff mentioned above. Either a certificate issue, an authentication issue or anything else that we as users / customers can not tell. Edited 1 hour ago1 hr by Schaf
1 hour ago1 hr HelloAlso if this helps (and I have added this to my support ticket as well now since it could be relevant)I am able to logon using my ISP on my computer google chrome (same PC as has installed inimanager) to the inibuilds website, these forums and i was able to purchase through the website some sceneries without any problem. I am also able to logon to the website and these forums on my phone using the wifi connection to my ISP at home but on my phone I dont have inimanager so I cannot discern if it works on my phone or not. I still cannot logon into the inimanager. Two days ago (before the windows update that was pushed through) I had no issues, after the windows update I could not open the inimanager and then I reinstalled the inimanager and cleared all the files within the appdata folders (this was troubleshooting from the other forum post i mentioned above) and on reinstall, i could not logon. Same issue persists this morning. @Schaf Thats really good info there. I hope inibuilds (or someone) can sort this out. If I hear anything back I will post here as it is still quite early in this Friday AM here on the west coast of the US and nothing is open yet😄

55 minutes ago55 min Guys, update:1. disabled IPv6 in my Windows network adapter settings. The IPv4 traceroute looked just as unremarkable as the first one using IPv6.2. When I check the connection using Curl (curl -Iv https://store.inibuilds.com), I receive an error during the TLS handshake along with an error stating that the token is invalid (SEC_E_INVALID_TOKEN).I hope this information helps you, dear iniBuilds team.#EDIT: This could also explain why it works for some users when they disable security features of their router or internet connection. These features may perform TLS inspection or otherwise interfere with HTTPS connections. Disabling them could prevent the TLS handshake from being modified or interrupted, which would explain why the error no longer occurs. Unfortunately, my ISP does not offer such an option.C:\Users\Jonas>curl -Iv https://store.inibuilds.com * Host store.inibuilds.com:443 was resolved. * IPv6: (none) * IPv4: 23.227.38.74 * Trying 23.227.38.74:443... I work for a german ISP (not the one I'm a customer of, unfortunatley xD) and I can tell you that we process mobile data and fixnet data on different ways.
34 minutes ago34 min After a short chat with ChatGPT, I tried the curl check again without SSL (http instead of https), the result shows everything:C:\Users\Jonas>curl -v http://store.inibuilds.com * Host store.inibuilds.com:80 was resolved. * IPv6: (none) * IPv4: 23.227.38.74 * Trying 23.227.38.74:80... * Established connection to store.inibuilds.com (23.227.38.74 port 80) from 192.168.2.31 port 60515 * using HTTP/1.x > GET / HTTP/1.1 > Host: store.inibuilds.com > User-Agent: curl/8.21.0 > Accept: / > * Request completely sent off < HTTP/1.1 302 Found < Location: https://block.telekom.net/de/warn.html?url=http://store.inibuilds.com/&token=83b09505 < Connection: close < Content-Length: 0 < * shutting down connection #0My ISP is blocking the store.inibuilds.com domain because its marked as a side that shares viruses, is used for phishing etc.I assume thats something IniBuilds have to figure out why they are marked as a malicious web page / URL.

This could be an incorrect assessment by a security provider (ISPs also simply purchase their security data), or it could be a decline in reputation due to invalid certificates, suspicious redirects, etc. However, the issue could also lie with the CDN, in this case, Cloudflare, etc.Ini now needs to initiate its internal incident management process and, as part of that, determine how to proceed. Although I’m a Major Incident Manager, there’s not much more we can do here as customers and outsiders other than wait and see.I think I’d start by checking whether I’m using any expired certificates or if there are any anomalies in the Cloudflare or Shopify dashboard.
