It may be worth moving EGLL up or down using the scenery package tool in 2024. I had pink VOR at EGHI caused for some unknown reason by EGLL being higher in order. I moved it to a lower position and Pink vor is now normal.
just remember that lower in the list is higher in order.

By using the dev console, I found the textures that were not being loaded in KJFK and EGLL. It turns out they were assets from the LOWI scenery. I checked the iniManager and sure enough it said there was an update available for LOWI 2020, but not the 2024 version that I actually use. I had done a complete reinstall yesterday but it didn't indicate an update was needed. In any case, a second complete uninstall / reinstall of LOWI fixed the texture issues in KJFK and EGLL for me.

Another user was able to fix the pink car/textures issues on another pair of sceneries using the methods above. Let me know if this helps. Thank you :)
