DES phase automatically activates during climb after take off

Right after taking off from LEMD the DES phase is automatically selected by the aircraft, inserting a CRZ FL doesn´t solve the issue it just wont work. Ihad to climb to the initial climg alt, let it level off and then insert that alt as the CRZ FL, and then continue the climb. As it can be seen in the second screenshot the CLB phase doesn't work.

Once a again the same issue, however I've notice that when pulling back the thrusts into the CLMB detent, the THR CLMB wont appear on the PFD until  I press the climb button on the FCU.

The following screenshot was taken just before take off, I've noticed that instead of NAV in blue it's RWY NAV, idk if it should be like that
