Featured Replies

Since yesterday my iniManager does not open. Is there something I missed?

I also tried to open it as Admin but still not opening.

Is this meant to be or what can I do?

Hi,

Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

inimanager cache

  • Close iniManager: Make sure iniManager is completely closed. Check your Windows system tray/taskbar to ensure it isn't still running in the background.

  • Open the Run dialog: Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run box.

Clear Local AppData:

  • Type %localappdata% into the Run box and press Enter.

  • Locate the folder named iniManager and delete it.

Clear Roaming AppData:

  • Press Windows Key + R again to open the Run box.

  • Type %appdata% and press Enter.

  • Locate the folder named iniManager and delete it.

Relaunch iniManager. It should start fresh and rebuild its configuration files.

Let me know if this helps, thanks!

How long does it take? I am still in the "Enter Login Details"-section and have entered my resetted password. The loading bar stucks just in the middle...

Should be instant... If you continue to have issues, try a fresh install of the manager.

Thanks

Can you try a complete uninstall. Remove from windows add/remove a program. Delete the cache and appdata, then try a fresh install from our website.

Thanks!

I’m wondering if your antivirus or ISP may be blocking the connection. We’ve seen this happen before.

If possible, I’d suggest trying again in an hour or so, as the issue may resolve itself.

Thanks!

I was alread checking my antivirus for the issue. Even ticked Inimanager as trustworthy. Here is the message coming

Still no success. As I said, I was disregarding inimanager for the antivirus, but I get always the message as in previous post
