Airports static aircraft missing textures.

Featured Replies

I recently upgraded my LAX in MSFS 2024 with the marketplace "upgrades". Apon installing, I noticed that the built in static aircraft that comes with the airport are missing textures. I have reinstalled the airport multiple times and yet it remains bugged. I am not sure what this could be issue here, but the default LAX that comes with the simulator is uninstalled.

Hi, what marketplace upgrades are you referring to? Do you just mean that you purchased our LAX scenery?

AMD 7800x3d - 64gb RAM - nVidia RTX 5080

I bought your LAX scenery in 2020 marketplace, then when I switched to 2024, I paid the “upgrade fee” of $5 or something to get the 2024 marketplace version. I think OP did the same and we’re both getting these pink planes in 2024.

Gotcha, thanks for the clarification - What platform are you on? Is this PC or Xbox?

Hi @iniSteven and @IniJamir. I'd really like to get this resolved since I paid good money for this scenery and it is the ONLY scenery out of dozens that I have purchased to have this problem. Many of those sceneries are from Inibuilds. Is it possible this is related to the Marketplace version since I purchased through the Marketplace? If so, could you potentially provide me with a copy directly through Inibuilds? I have started making all of my purchases directly through you all at this point, but this was one of my very first scenery purchases a year or so ago.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

While I can't attest to it being related to Marketplace or Manager issue, you can request a transfer from Marketplace to the IniManager and then disable the scenery in sim as it will remain present, and install the scenery from the Manager. I do not have these issues on my end as I fly in and out of LAX with the statics enabled frequently and no one else was able to replicate the issue on the team. Hope this helps and sorry for the inconveniences had.
