Hello,

when spawning the A340 (any variant) the plane spawns in floating (gear up) and with the WASM already crashed.
I've tried deleting the WASM folder and reinstalling the plane entirely several times.

I am on the latest SU 4 beta

I purchased the product today. Since buying it, I've been able to load it twice without getting a WASM crash. Since then, every load (now up to 11) has resulted in a crash. Tried clearing the WASM cache - makes no difference.

This is not an INI issue( well kinda ) . its a beta Su4 issue. Switch it and it will work for ya,,,

Well with SU4 releasing this week it might quickly become an ini issue.

The same problem, which I reported this problem since 1.0.3, has received no answer.
For the SU4 beta testers, the official version is already running on your PC.

Yeah that was my point above - THe current SU build is the actual release version. So looks like iniBuilds have some work to do or spawning at the gate C&D is going to be the only way to load this thing.

I'm runing on Su4 with the 1.0.5 and I can't just play with the aircraft.

Getting WASM crash at any time even when loading from the gate.

Addon broken at this time, I won't reinstall until next update.

It can be any time. When loading RTE FPLN FIX SEC FPLN. At some points there is always a WASM and all the screens turn red. It's really annoying and the airplane is not playable when trying to do real ops things and etc...

I don't know of it's SU4 B related.

 

Hopping for a quick fix 

@EddieThis issue has been fairly widely reported during the SU4 beta....... you should have been investigating months ago. 'I'm rebuilding my sim this week so can't provide you the crash log but I doubt there will be any shortage of people experiencing it. 

Same thing for, since SU4 I cannot spawn the A340 on the runway - it floats with landing gear retracted and orange screens with WASM crash in the cockpit. Starting cold and dark at gate is fine.

No solution only workaround ...

This worked several times for me ...

- Flight started on RWY

- WASM Crashed

- Ended flight to main menu

- Flight started on Gate at same airport as before

- Entered cockpit by Shift+C -> no crash of WASM, Cold&Dark

- Ctrl+E - Slewing on RWY -> all okay
