teyyaremakinisti Posted February 28 Posted February 28 The fact that something as simple as contrails is missing in MSFS2020 is nothing more than iniBuilds' excuse to say, "We are also releasing products for MSFS2020," and to defend their ridiculous argument that you are buying a product for both simulators for £60. Disgraceful... 1

It literally takes off like a crisp packet in the wind… and the way the pitch control works initially has zero smoothnes…It does detract from an absolutely gorgeous looking aircraft with some small bugs but also some great features. The whole flight model is…questionable at best. It’s a shame really I was really looking forward to this. It’s not unflyable, but when it behaves like that, you can’t help but be bothered by it considering all the hype around it. And yet nobody during testing not even the real pilots who streamed it said a word about it. No flare mode either…? You can pretty much make no inputs all the way down to the ground…. Really hoping it improves over time with patches… As with any other AC in the the sim... you have adjusted your dead zones and sensitivity to suit your flight stick haven't you? I found "-4" good for sensitivity on the Thrustmaster TCA Stick, sorts out the madness a good bit!

Alvariteus Posted February 28 Author Posted February 28 3 hours ago, ben4muk said: Experience the same issue. I did a test (MSFS2024). I took a plane without GSX, fired her up and tried to taxi. No problem whatsoever. I then reset the flight, this time I did a GSX pushback. I got an MSFS warning of Gear Damage. When I the try to taxi, I get the problem described... No matter how slow or how much input, nosewheel turns, but the plane is always "skidding". In my case I used GSX pushback but no damaged gear alert was displayed. Also, I used GSX pushback as well on two flights with A350-900 and this didn't happen, so I think bugs' behaviour are random, which is annoying. Also, I reverse thrust didn't work in the first flight but it worked in the second and third (the cancelled one, but I tried it) without any configuration change, which is also weird. And also nm to the ILS were shown in the second flight, while in the first one they didn't. SO I guess there is a lot of uncertainty on wether bugs will ruin or not a flight, which is pretty annoying. All these issues described in this thread should be addressed in a matter of days, if not hours, with an urgent update by the @iniBuilds @iniBuilds Team.
Eddie Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Patch pushed by us, 1.0.1. Please update your GSX as recent update has A350 specific additions. Thank you EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

Mine was set to 100% realism.

Robert431 Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Does the 2020 version have the Flight Attendant panel? I know 2020 doesn’t have a cabin but is that accessible? I can’t find a way to turn up the cabin lights at night.
CrashEd Posted March 1 Posted March 1 (edited) I'm also experiencing issues clicking on various FMS items, mainly dropdown boxes (e.g. SIDs/STARS, Rwy selection). The scroll bards do not work and I have to resort to the keyboard. The main showstopper for me (make the sim unusable) is that if i switch to an external view and switch back ot the cockpit, the mouse look/panning and zoom is deactivated and there doesn't seem to be a way to reactivate it. This doesn't happen in any other aircraft. Both issues are in MSFS 2020 with the latest update. Bit dissappointing really. Edited March 1 by CrashEd
Camilocarreno Posted March 1 Posted March 1 (edited) I just lost a 10 hour flight because the autopilot started randomly disconnecting at FL410, no inputs were being made, it looks like wind gusts triggered the AP to disconnect and then the flight was over due to aircraft overstress. It’s a really good looking plane but it still definitely needs work if you can’t do a long haul flight in it. this happened with the new version 1.0.1 Edited March 1 by Camilocarreno 1

Are you using GSX auto push back function? AFAIK it reacts on the beacon being turned on to set you up for Departure, which would disconnect the GPU and other ground fixtures.
