Symptoms include missing Nav-IDs, non-functioning ILS approaches, failed imports of Simbrief flight plans, etc. Solution: Either skip the incompatible add-on or add the “package_order_hint” entry. There are PowerShell scripts that check all add-ons for this entry and then report which updates are missing it.

This is most likely a wrong configuration in the controls. How are Rudder and Tiller Axes configured, and what is in the EFB set regarding Rudder, Tiller and Auto Disconnect? Please show screenshots.
