  1. I've done a couple forum posts about it in the FS2020 forum side but I'll list a few here as well. In FS20 there is no ground roll sound at all. In FS24 it's there but barely audible and in the Game Pass version of the game it was fine, even a little loud. In FS20 the outside engine startup sound is unbelievably loud to the point where I won't even go to the external view because it actually hurts my ears. The aircraft OIS sound settings don't affect this sound at all and to make it not so loud with the in-game audio settings I have to basically mute engine and outside sounds. This is slightly better in FS24 so I can go to the external view when starting engines but it's still quite loud. Once again this was not a problem with the Game Pass version. In FS20 during engine start in the cockpit view the engines are nearly completely silent until a specific point in the startup (I can't remember what exact moment but it's around the time the engines properly spin up when getting fuel). At that point the engine sound becomes quite loud for a few seconds until going almost completely silent in idle power. Mostly the same in FS24 but the loud startup sound just lasts longer through the startup. When starting the takeoff in both FS20 and FS24, there is a point in the thrust (around 40-70%) when the engine sound gets very loud before going to normal levels again. I've only managed to get this to happen by putting in a lot of throttle quickly. Didn't notice this either when playing through Game Pass. In FS20 after takeoff in the climb, many if not all sounds are mostly coming from the center of the cockpit making it very uncomfortable in the climb having more and louder sounds in one ear only. Haven't noticed/properly looked out for this yet in FS24 so cannot say if this is there as well. And just to say it again. None of these audio issues we're there when I was trying the game and aircraft on on the Game Pass version of the game. If it helps, the version of the A350 I was flying on Game Pass was I think 1.0.4 so I can't say anything about the newer versions. There are some new audio issues I noticed when playing on the Steam version of FS24. One of them being, every time I load in and go to the cockpit view there are many extremely loud sounds from engines spooling down to buttons being clicked to a very loud "explosion" like sound you'd hear on touchdown in a hard landing. I can try my best at providing video proof of these if needed. I'm not saying the aircraft is unusable in it's system and the actual flying part of it. I enjoy it a lot and think it's great to fly. It's just that the amount of problems with the sounds makes it a very uncomfortable experience to the point I'd rather not fly it and have to listen to it.
  2. I've been having my struggles with the thing in FS2020 but I've now bought FS2024 as well after trying it through Game Pass for a couple days first. In the Game Pass version I had the A350 installed and the sounds we're near perfect all around but now that I've moved to playing FS2024 through Steam the sounds are on the same level of unusable as they are in FS2020. I have both games through Steam and in FS2024 there we're no problems with the sounds when playing through Game Pass.

    No change in audio?

Yeah it's honestly quite clear that the FS2020 version is so broken it might just be a straight file copy paste from FS2024 to 2020. It does also look like ini is just completely ignoring the 2020 version based on my own experience with pretty much nothing changing with these "updates" and nothing being posted on the forums.
  4. Is it just on my end that stuff is broken or are all the sounds EXACTLY the same as release? I've tried a clean install of the plane and WASM folder clears and pretty much all I could think of other than a full game reinstall but nothing with the sounds has changed even though in the patch notes it's constantly said that there's been work on the audio.
  5. The engine startup sounds are still all over the place. From being so loud on the outside that it actually hurts my ears to being nearly completely silent in the cockpit at the beginning before getting some decent volume level good engine startup sounds to being barely audible again after the engine has started. When applying Flex or TOGA power the engine sounds start fine but then there is a small area of thrust where the engine sounds gets super loud in the cockpit before going back to normal levels again. I can deal with the cockpit sounds because they're not loud just strange going up and down in volume but the external sound makes this something I still don't want to fly around in because if I accidentally go to the external cams during startup I'm just going damage my hearing I feel like with how loud it is. It's only during startup too otherwise it's okay. Also still no ground rolling sounds at all. I had to compress the example videos quite a lot to make the upload limit but should still hear the sounds just fine. startupexample(1).mp4 thrustexample(1).mp4
  6. I decided to disable it immediately when I got GSX just to save whatever performance I can. Didn't even test if it runs fine without it being disabled.
  7. Yes I know but I'm waiting to hear if the settings I'm using are causing GSX to not work with my A350.
  8. Any updates regarding this? Are my settings fine? Not trying to rush sorry I assume it is quite busy still with the A350 being so new still.
  9. Here is my GSX simulation tab settings. It's mostly default from what I can remember. I'm somewhat new to GSX only have been using it for a couple months now so I'm not 100% of what are all the settings I should be using.
  10. Updated GSX and now it won't even load more than 1 passenger apparently. I synced Simbrief everywhere you could so so in the aircraft. This is the Ground menu and Loadsheet after ~20 minutes of waiting. What setting from GSX should I send? Maybe I've got a little confused but atleast the console to verify a WASM crash was a little different in FS2020 compared to the FS2024 guides to do so but I could be wrong. The current ones do still get the job done but maybe for some it would be easier if FS2020 had it's own pictures as well.
  11. Yes I know GSX loads progressively but even after after boarding and refueling has been completed the loadsheet says 0 passengers and 0% ZFWCG. The fuel loads fine and the aircraft shows the correct fuel. Every time I want to try and do a flight I just have to set ZFW directly from the loadsheet without GSX to get the aircraft loaded. Just as a little side noted. It is a little difficult to follow the official instructions to troubleshoot the A350 when all the guides and stuff are for MSFS2024 even for the 2020 version because the 2 simulators are a little different in some places.
  12. When loading the aircraft through GSX the passenger number still shows 0/324 and the ZFWCG also shows 0%. Is this something that is being worked on or should GSX only be used for pushback then? Also to add with this edit that when pushing back the aircraft just froze. Can press buttons and switched but nothing does anything so even after 2 updates it is still 100% ununsable and not worth nearly 100€.
  13. "Fixed - Tweaked engine pitch at lower N1" Did not notice a difference during startup and when putting throttle in "Fixed - Idle engine level tweaks" Still can't really hear the engines in the cockpit at all unless that is how the plane is in real life The engines on startup are still INCREDIBLY loud from the external view to the point that I can't even go to any external cams during startup without my ears hurting. There is still absolutely no ground sounds when taxing or rolling down a runway. The engine sound gets VERY loud between 60-90% N1 when taking off and then the engine are back to somewhat normal levels. Some sounds (engines mainly after taking off) are still coming from the very middle of the cockpit making it very uncomfortable to listen to when so much of the audio is only in the left or right ear depending where you are sitting. The volume control in the OIS still doesn't seem to do anything. A few days ago I downloaded MSFS2024 through game pass to test out if the plane is better in that game and all the volumes were fine with no fine tuning needed in audio settings. I don't want to talk bad about iniBuilds but how come the A350 works almost flawlessly in 2024 but in 2020 it's near unusable at points with a bunch of issues. It feels like they did the reverse of what people are doing to their addons. People are just copy pasting the files of their 2020 addons to 2024 and hope they will work which most of the time they do but for some reason I feel like iniBuilds tried the opposite. Copy pasting the SU1 2024 version of the A350 to 2020 hoping it will work which it very often doesn't. Again, I don't want to make it sound like I hate iniBuilds, I don't and the A350 is great when it works but the differences in product quality between the two sims is just strange.
  14. I don't know why iniBuilds haven't included per livery config in 2020. Fenix and PMDG do it perfectly.

    No communication?

Ah okay thanks. Sorry if this post seemed aggressive I didn't mean to make it sound like that I was just wondering. Good to know that fixes are on the way.
