  1. Hello, Unfortunately, as much as we wish there is a "final indefinite fix", that simply is not possible. Most WASM crashes are either extremely specific to a certain routing, departure, arrival or specific action done on the aircraft and even if properly reported to us, we sometimes may not be able to reliably reproduce the specific issue to fix it. I understand it is VERY frustrating and I assure you, we feel that frustration right alongside you. We have fixed hundreds of reported WASM crashes already and continue to do so. Regardless, MS/Asobo are actively looking into further WASM stability that will hopefully stabilise it going forward. If you have the time and would be willing to help, getting us steps to reproduce this will help us at least investigate the specific WASM crash you have experienced: Thank you for your understanding and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Have a lovely rest of your week! 🙂
  2. Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Will pass this along to the team 🙂
  3. Hello, We get this question a few times a week and I always seem to see people complaining about no response regarding the matter even though I've personally answered quite a few threads about this. Like CptPaul mentions above, we are in full swing on testing and optimisation to ensure as seamless of an experience as possible, straight from day 1. I assure you that is something you as Xbox customers will appreciate more than having it in your game in an unfinished state. There is not any more information I can give aside from the fact that we are working on it, it's going well and we'll push it out to you all as soon as it's ready. Thank you 🙂
  4. Hello, Apologies for no reply here! We've identified the problem and are working on a fix; I assure you it's a priority. Apologies for the inconvenience!
  5. Hello, I believe this is a question for WingWing. Please reach out to their support regarding product compatibility 🙂 Thank you!
  6. Hello, Please understand that you created this thread on a Saturday which is when we are not available for support enquiries. Apologies for the inconvenience, I've let the team know and we'll see what we can do. Thank you
  7. Hello, What I say is what I do. If I said that I've prodded the team regarding this, then I've prodded the team regarding this. There has never been any mention or promise on when a certain feature/bug will be fixed. I have never said it cannot be done, we are simply prioitizing other items at the moment and will get to each thing as soon as possible. If it's on the list and perhaps not a high priority does not equal "will never be fixed". I will be locking this thread now as it's straying away from its purpose. Thank you and once again, we are aware, the team has been reminded and we will take a look as soon as possible. Thank you
  8. Hello, Apologies for no reply. Logged this now 🙂
  9. Hello, Are you on the latest version? What simulator is this in? Is this 100% reproducible? Thank you
  10. Hello, Unfortunately there are no plans on continued development for these products on the X-Plane platform. However, I will forward the suggestion you've made to the team and we'll take it from there; please note, no promises are being made. Thank you 🙂
  11. Thanks for the video, I've forwarded this to the team. As for the 320Nv2 issue, again, I truly understand that it's frustrating but these are Microsoft products and we have no say on update distribution. Lastly, your follow-up reply is extremely unnecessary seeing as it hasn't even been 24 hours since I last replied. Refer to my signature for my actual position as the forum tag has nothing to do with it. Thank you
  12. I've prodded the team regarding this. We'll see what we can do, but no promises. Thank you 🙂
  13. Hello, First of all, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I've forwarded this to the team and we'll take a look. Again, apologies for the inconvenience! Thank you 🙂
  14. Thank you very much, passed on to the team. 🙂
  15. Passed on to the team. Thank you
