  1. Hello, Please try clicking "Scan Now" under the iniManager settings again and let it find the path automatically again. If the issue persists, please reach out to direct support. Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.
  2. Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to report this. We apologise for the inconvenience. I've forwarded this to the team. Please note, while we have done our absolute best on squashing these WASM issues, the majority that we can fix have been fixed. We are waiting for a simulator-wide fix that will lessen said crashes. From my understanding, SU3 will aid in that when it goes into full LIVE release. Thank you
  3. Hello, No worries, I'll re-forward this to the team. 🙂
  4. Hello, We have submitted a fix for this quite some time ago. A fix should hopefully come with the next major sim update for MSFS2020. Thank you
  5. Hello, I've heard word back from the team; Simbrief gives strange STEP DES so it was decided to only allow import of STEP CLBs. I cannot confirm whether or not this will change in the future. We shall see 🙂
  6. Our plan is this week barring any unexpected issue.
  7. Hello, The HUD is not a "PR gimmick". It was ready until we found some last minute quirks that we felt needed some ironing out before going out to you all. We kept the physical model in as we did not want to spend additional time to remove it when its functionality would go online soon after. It is shipping with the next update that should be soon. Thank you
  8. Hello, Apologies for the late reply. Can you confirm which variant has "flickering" glass? I cannot seem to reproduce the issue in either of the 3 variants. Thank you
  9. Hello! I hope you've had a nice weekend! We have taken note of the notification request as well and that should make its way into said overhaul! Once again, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner and I more than appreciate your patience and understanding! 🙂
  10. Hello, Apologies for the late reply. Seems this thread was missed. I've forwarded this to the team 🙂
  11. Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. There is a similar thread already on this and attempting to diagnose. I have asked for footage of this happening, any kind of video would help as it is hard to understand via text. We have not been able to reproduce this internally so any kind of help to visually show us would be appreciated. Thank you
  12. Hello, I understand that it may not resolve the issue for you but it does for a lot of others that are offered this solution. I am not dismissing the issue however this is indeed a viable solution to the broader userbase. I am looking into what could be causing this generally as well and have forwarded it to the team. I have also asked for a video to be able to diagnose easier. If anyone is able to grab me one, it would be very much appreciated as nor myself or the rest of the team have been able to reproduce this.
  13. Hello, Thank you for the follow-up. I've forwarded this to the team. We are continuesly looking into the root cause of the performance degradation some users are having. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
  14. Hello, I'll forward it to the team and we'll take a look. Thank you
