The plane takes off, flies and lands fine. But taxiing takes a ridiculous level of power - enough to trigger TO configuration alarms. Not just for breakaway (which can need 1.3 or more EPR on both engines), just maintaining normal taxi speed needs about 1.2 EPR. A tight turn, where you want power from only one engine, takes nearly full power from that engine.
At first I thought it was simply a ground resistance issue and I would not be able to take off, but takeoff roll seemed fine. Once I landed and got off the runway the high ground resistance returned.
