Ok, issue resolved. For those who want to know...
I copied my iniManager folder C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Local and put it on my new computer in the same area. This time, when I clicked to open iniManager and put in my credentials, it worked.
iniBuilds - I did send a message about this so, if you happen to read this first, please disregard that previous message. I guess I'm more computer literate than I thought, or at least more daring than I ever imagined! For everyone else, if you're transferring from one computer to another and experience this issue, I hope this may help in the future.
