Hi, again,
I went through the process via the order transfer link above. It's been about a month and I haven't heard a thing, yes or no, and I haven't seen a way to get in contact via that process.
Can you help connect me with someone who can point me in the right direction...?

probably due to weather, or you might have a key bind conflict since it not only related to 350 happens to other addons as well
-
what sim would help, try with out using any other addons see if you get thru the 60 minutes. Your graphic card is well above the min, i have only got a gtx 1080 ti and i have no issues. So some thing else is at play try lowering your details since you may have everything set to high

make sure you select cabin in the selection of the aircraft in the aircraft menu

Ever since I updated to 1.0.4 the sim takes ages to load the a350 if it does at all. Then it has no external model. These issues just started after updating to 1.0.4.
Is there a way to rollback to previous version?
no you cant roll back unless you had made a back up copy of the previous version

Same issue but I purchased in the 2020 marketplace. Works fine in 2020 but doesn't appear in 2024.
BUT...
Because I purchased in marketplace it does not appear in the iniManager (says no products).

I know there's an option that is probably related to that but it was rather irritating to be presented with a severe DC shortage the moment I turned on the Strobe Lights to signal ground operations I was going to switch on the APU 😕 after a long and fastidious flight preparation 😞
Maybe you could find some other way to detach the GPU, like for instance when the wheel chokes are removed?
you only do it once 🙂

Same issue for me, tried both username and alias.
its your simbrief user id that required its in the manual you need to put your user id in, its on page 41 in the manual that is supplied with the aircraft

Hi
The fuel you see in the loadsheet is the fuel that you plan to have until you press set fuel, which then fills the tank.
If you see on the system display, below the APU info, you can find different info. Last to the right contains Ground Weight (GW); GW center of gravity (GWCG) and Fuel On Board (FOB) which in your case is displayed as 0 kg, so it means you don't have any fuel loaded.
So basically after you import your ZFW and Fuel from simbrief or you insert it manually remember to press set ZFW and set Fuel next to their number to transfer your plan to the aircraft.
think you replied to the wrong post
