I managed to make it work by just putting BOD distance, speed and altitude. When the TOD counter almost reaches 0 change to altitude in the autopilot (not PMS) and hit VNAV. Works quite well

I had the same issue also, EDDH ILS rwy15. Landing weight of about 124t and cost index 35.

Would definetly pay for a PW variant/cargo with full failures modeled, and also for the A300
