I recently tried to start up the p-40f without priming the fuel system, running the fuel pump, or cracking the throttle to test the systems depth of the aircraft and to see how it reacted if you ignored the recommended procedures. I was disappointed to see that the moment you press the starter, the plane automatically adjusts multiple controls so that the aircraft starts via the standard recommended process no matter what. I can understand an auto start functionality for beginners, but some of the assists and missing features on this aircraft that are present to make the aircraft “easier” destroy the immersion and the educational experience I think most users get excite…

A huge part of the immersion in flight simulator are the sounds. Unfortunately the sounds for the IniBuilds P-40F’s engine sound like they were recorded on a 2006 Toshiba laptop placed inside a padded box, particularly at lower rpms. This aircraft is advertised as having sounds made using recordings of the actual aircraft. While I have no way of outright disproving that claim, it is misleading at best considering the quality of those sounds is so egregious compared to the standard you expect from inibuilds products. It would be nice to get some updated engine sounds that do not totally destroy the immersion like the current sounds do.

The P40F is a very nice plane. Not sure if this has been reported to you folks. In multiplayer, my plane is fine but other P40s have their engine panels missing. Some of the guys I fly with report the same.

Hi guys, I absolutely love the P-40! Great Job! Please keep updating the aircraft. This is an aircraft that is very special to me and many others. We appear to be missing the emergency gear extension system which should be installed in the F. Kermit Weeks and Jeff Ethel both describe the emergency extension system in various P-40's. Also, we do not appear to have any control over external lighting such as nav lights, landing lights, and signal lights unless I am just missing something. It could be me. Hey guys! So I own your P-40f for Microsoft flight sim and it is a bloody great plane! I was however wondering if it is possible for you guys to make the elevator trim a little quicker? It currently trims at 1% per second. I was thinking 5% per second of input would be appropriate for this bird given that it is vital to trim after takeoff especially. Trim in flight is a bit more manageable if you are just cruising. However, landing trim presents a little more of a hindrance. Anyway, I am on Xbox Series X and was wondering if you guys might touch up on this in an update at some point? Hope to hear back from you! Cheers, Muzza

great plane loving it but i think it would be nice to have an option to change the altimeter pressure . thanks

It's nice to have the option to remove the engine panels, but when viewing different liveries in the hangar view - it would be nice to see the panels on by default, since so many liveries have graphic elements on those front panels! It also makes it easier when working on a new livery, since it's not necessary to load an actual flight to see what it looks like. Please consider - thanks!

It would be nice if we had ground rumble while taxiing and on take off roll. As it is now, it's difficult to know when the airplane has become airborne.

Its it possible to add basic autopilot in EFB such as heading hold and altitude hold for long hauls? thank you
