DEST EFOB V1.2.7

Featured Replies

Good day!

Currently on a flight and I'm getting DEST EFOB on the ECAM, I'm flying at OPT FL, departed with plenty of fuel (57.6T) block fuel was 57.7T. I find it weird because on the past versions sometimes I got that message but it was erased when the reffuelling was completed and now it doesn't dissapear. I've inserted the step climbs and the winds, simbrief says I should arrive with 10.8T and the FMS is currently indicating 7.7T. Evidence below.

Kind regards,

Mario Tena.

Hi Mario,

To remove this message, simply input an EFOB below what the number is indicating. In your instance, telling the aircraft you'll arrive with 7.5 tons of fuel (still plenty!), would remove the warning.

We are also reviewing some fuel burn calculations on our side as well. In the meantime, the info above should resolve your issues!

Thanks for your patience 🙂

Hi Kyle,

Thank you for your quick answer, it's indeed a solution, however is company policy to arrive at the destination with 9.0T or more and I also didn't have this issue in the previous versions. Hope the fuel burn calculations are resolved.

Kind regards,

Mario Tena.

Thanks for the clarification Mario! The team is actively investigating the fuel burn 🙂
