Good morning.

Flying into OMDB and about to intercept the ILS, but while it was all set up correctly, the plane couldn't find the signal. I had to land manually in the end.

I tried again to see if it was a glitch, but same result. 34L.

Tried with EGKk too, again no ILS signal found. Have set it all up correctly on the FMC but for some reason it cant find the signal. Tried with the a350, perfect result , like wise the A340.

Anyone else with these issues?

I have not encountered this issues with the A380.

Can you confirm the sim and aircraft are both running the same AIRAC?

Thanks for the reply. Yes both are running on the latest AIRAC.

Its strange as both the A340 and 350 run pretty much bug free for me and I have not encountered this issue before

Hi guys, today I got the same problem, I tried to select an ILS 23R or L for EDDL and 14L/32R for EDDK which both did not work sadly. My A388 is also running on the latest Navigraph Airinc (3-30.9.26).

I know this is kind of an obvious question but I'll ask nontheless.

After you encountered this problem did you try it with any other aircraft as well? Add on or default? A Cessna 172 would be sufficient. Just to be sure that it is not the sims navdata that is somehow broken.

Poté, co jste narazili na tento problém, zkusil jste to i s jiným letadlem? Jako doplňkové nebo standardní? Cessna 172 by stačila. Jen abych se ujistil, že nejsou nějak poškozená navigační data Sims.

Of course it does.

You can fly an ILS with or without the GPS. Simply dial in the frequency and course and see if the aircraft receives it.

To be frank, that you even had to ask, makes me think that your problem does not lie with A380 but with your proficiency on how to fly instrument approaches.

If you don't even know how to do that in a GA aircraft like the Cessna 172.
