I recently purchased the A380 Airliner, but i found that there is no terrain data. I have logged in Navigraph with unlimited subscription.

You don't have to take an actual photograph of your monitor to make a screen shot.

Press the Windows Key and the Print Screen Key at the same time and then look into your screenshots folder.

But I can confirm. I have the same problem.

I have the same problem, and I don't see the "Download Terrain Data" button in the EFB.

I have tried restarting the sim and logging out of and back into Navigraph.

There is no download terrain radar like previous releases, it is built into the aircraft.

Okay, this part should probably be updated on page 45 in the IniBuilds A380 Manual v1.1

And thanks for the amazing aircraft! The performance has been great. :)

Where is that? and where I could find the Manuals?

I am going to do another flight tonight when I get home but I confirm there is no Terrain Data and I also never saw any TCAS traffic show up on the ND. Confirmed TCAS was on auto, and on TA/RA and TA came on and went off above and below 1000' like it should.

Will report back tonight after another flight regarding TCAS traffic on the ND.

TCAS is working, but terrain doesn´t. We need a solution asap.

Yep no terrain data nor anyway to download it. This was an expensive plane and this should have been caught by beta testers before release. You guys need some Joe public simmers out there to help you guys test this stuff, every single release has had fairly serious issues. You give the paid influencers pre-releases and all of em (except a couple on the 220) say it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread, then we all rush out on release day and shell out our hard earned cash only to be dissapointed by stuff that should have been caught and fixed before release .. at least basic stuff like a working terrain radar. I’m a Joe public simmer for 25 years now .. retired .. and am available to help you guys alpha and beta test your products .. for free! Hit me up if interested with a PM.

And now I’m getting no airports, NDB, Vord, Wpts, or constraints on my displays, the push buttons light up but that’s it. 😡

Without going into detail and pointing fingers, we believe the issues has been resolved.

Oddly enough, not one of our 30+ testers ran into this issue.

Which tells me something got corrupted in the Market Place transfer. So I guess we wait for an update available to show up on our market place manage products page .. correct?

There’s always a lot of stuff that, strangely enough, no one notices during testing. It’s the same for me. As soon as I own a product, I find 100 bugs within five minutes—bugs that, in my opinion, should have been obvious to everyone right away. I’ve spotted plenty of them in influencer streams, too.

do we need to reinstall the 380 to fix it?

I hope that there will be an update today for all the first release fixes.

No terrain database on my build either

I’m also experiencing the same issue – terrain radar only shows water.

I’m a supporter and have bought the A350, A220 and A380 from the Marketplace. Hope this can be fixed soon.
