after yesterdays SU6 the A330 is not longer usable for me (on long-haul). If I increase the sim rate to 4x the plane starts oscillation violently left and right of the track, zig-zaging its way towards destination. In the last built before SU5 increasing sim-rate to 4x was not an issue at all.

I had a flight with TFDIs MD-11 in SU6 so far and here the 4x sim rate made no problem at all. Hence, I suppose it is the plane rather then the simulator?

Would love to see a proper Sim rate function implemented on the default ini aircraft.

Would open up doing long hauls on the A330 given I find using the default Sim rate isn't that stable and the fuel burn doesn't change along with it so you end up with way too much fuel on arrival.

Concur, unfortunately I can replicate this also, the aircraft is now unflyable at 4x sim rate which is a great shame.
I was also able to use 4x and 8x with no issues in other aircraft so this is purely an A330 issue post SU6.
Worked perfectly (aside from the fuel still burning at 1x) prior to SU6 so something has changed either with SU6 or with the latest update to the A330 as there were some things A330 specific listed in the SU6 changelog.
This is such a shame as prior to SU6 it worked great holding the route and altitude perfectly. Easily making turns at 4x no problem at all. It still holds altitude perfectly but as soon as it enters a turn it overshoots and then gets into increasingly large overshoots trying to get back on course. Ended up almost 90 degrees away from the course before I saw enough and quit.

This is a nightmare for those of use who use 4x for long hauls in this aircraft, which used to be one of my favourites. We are now going to get stuck in a loop because Ini won't fix it unless MS ask them to and MS may or not not ever get around to asking, so we are likely stuck for months with no fix if we even get one at all.
