Unable to purchase A220-300 on Marketplace

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have been trying since yesterday evening to purchase the A220-300 by Synaptic and iniBuilds through the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace, but unfortunately I have been unable to complete the purchase.

After selecting my credit card and proceeding to complete the purchase, I receive the message “Please wait”, and the loading indicator keeps spinning indefinitely. The purchase never goes through.

I first tried to make the purchase at around 11:00 PM yesterday, and I left it running until approximately 1:00 AM, but it was still stuck on the same screen. It appears that a connection to the Marketplace could not be established.

I am using the Microsoft Store version of MSFS, and the account details in both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app on my PC are identical.

Unfortunately, Marketplace issues are not exactly uncommon, which is why I would like to ask whether there is any possibility of purchasing the aircraft directly from iniBuilds instead. I would much prefer this option, as I would at least know that the purchase can be completed successfully.

Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide.

Kind regards,

Manfred

Did you start MSFS as ADMIN? if yes then there is the problem.

Hi Faisal,

Thank you for your message. I own the Microsoft Store version of MSFS 2024 and launch the game through the Xbox app (previously through the Microsoft Store app). Unfortunately, you cannot run the simulator as an administrator from there.

Nevertheless, thank you very much for your help!
