Hi Faisal, Thank you for your message. I own the Microsoft Store version of MSFS 2024 and launch the game through the Xbox app (previously through the Microsoft Store app). Unfortunately, you cannot run the simulator as an administrator from there. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your help!

Hi, I have been trying since yesterday evening to purchase the A220-300 by Synaptic and iniBuilds through the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace, but unfortunately I have been unable to complete the purchase. After selecting my credit card and proceeding to complete the purchase, I receive the message “Please wait”, and the loading indicator keeps spinning indefinitely. The purchase never goes through. I first tried to make the purchase at around 11:00 PM yesterday, and I left it running until approximately 1:00 AM, but it was still stuck on the same screen. It appears that a connection to the Marketplace could not be established. I am using the Microsoft Store version of MSFS, and the account details in both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app on my PC are identical. Unfortunately, Marketplace issues are not exactly uncommon, which is why I would like to ask whether there is any possibility of purchasing the aircraft directly from iniBuilds instead. I would much prefer this option, as I would at least know that the purchase can be completed successfully. Thank you very much in advance for your assistance. last time the A350 crashed to desktop after 10hrs flight from my friend. Today I flew from OTHH to VHHH and short of descent the same happend to me too. A340-300 is working perfect as other non inibuilds Airplanes. I did install latest update and reboot my pc before using my A350. I believe there is a issue with the A350 !

after the update I dis once more a full installation and it finally did work. Thank you for your support. Sincerly

Good morning, I did follow your instruction and youor first option did not work. So I uninstalled A340 from Inibuild and remaining folders. Reboot my PC and made fresh installment. Now my issue is, that EFB is not working at all so I can't do any calibration on my Throttles. Sincerly

A few days ago I purchased the iniBuilds A340. After the iniBuilds A350, this is now my second aircraft from iniBuilds. I tried to calibrate the throttle in the cockpit of the A340 via the EFB. As my hardware I am using the WinWing URSA Minor 32 Throttle Metal. In the EFB I selected the two-axis option, however throttles 3 and 4 are not moving during the calibration process. Does anyone possibly have a solution or an idea what could be causing this issue? Many thanks in advance. ✈️
