DEU's of the FO and MCDU are remaining black. How do I get it to start up too?

Hi,

It sounds like you've done the initial part correctly. Is the aircraft streamed or installed? Are the INB and OBD knobs turned to a position other than off? These knobs are located on the glareshield on the left side above the Pilot DU1
