I am using the premium FS 2024 version of the A300-600r. I can only get LIDO charts to display in the EFB. I have selected navigraph charts in the options section. However, they do not display. I have reset my navigraph account details and then logged in. The navigraph logo appears for a second and then immediately they revert to LIDO. This also happens in the A340 and A350. What is the problem? I have a valid navigraph account and the AIRAC cycle is up to date. Please advise. Thanks

Hi, if you haven't already tried clearing the WASM folder, uninstalling and then reinstalling the aircraft. You can do so following the steps below. Additionally verify that your liveries are up to date and any mods are up to date as well or removed if outdated.

1. Steam: %APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2024\inibuilds-aircraft-a300\

2. MS Store: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2024\inibuilds-aircraft-a300\
