Hello

Using EFB I can move as expected, both jetways at compatible gates but when Starting boarding with GSX, Jetways are not used because GSX provides the info that there is no jetways . thus passengers are coming by Bus even if in GSX parking position, jetway is active .

Something you need to check to get passengers using this type of jetways with GSX

Hello, a workaround for this is calling GSX and then triggering the jetways to move within the jetway app for the time being, thank you.

What do I do to "call GSX"? Are you referring to "request boarding"?

Hi again, it doesn't work as starting GSX for boarding without moving the 2 jetways using the EFB, Bus is still coming with attached stair on the rear as no jetway detected ...

Hello Drav, not sure if this might help but it solved the problem for me. Go into your GSX settings from the GSX main menu and check the selection next to "disable rear stairs if jetway". That worked for me.

Hello @John N On gate B17, I've checked this selection "disable rear stairs if jetway" in the settings as advised, but then when starting boarding, this selection is removed automatically and bus is still coming with rear stairs attached ...

@Dravman91 oh... uhm.. im not sure then.. i never tested the workaround that @IniJamir advised because i disabled the stairs with the jetways present. Anybody else have any ideas? Hey @IniJamir any further explanation with the workaround please?

EDIT: maybe it has to do with the door assignments in the airplane settings door 1 and door 2?? I saw a post here earlier referencing the door nomenclature, maybe thats it.. see this post at the bottom under the developers section.. it should not be something the average user (ie. me) should have to dig into, but if you know about GSX and understand what the differences in the door 1 and door 2 etc (i sadly do not understand this logic)..

Thank you @John N I will have a look, and here is the reply I've receiving after haing submiited a Ticket to the Support Team : "We are investigating the issue as GSX seems to fail to detect the multi jetways so it fallbacks to using the bus "

KORD is nice but GSX does not play nice with this and my Fenix aircraft. Not using the double jetways just trying to board and nope. This whole concept needs work..... 👎

Lots of work, does not work for me either, bus keeps comming.
