Hey guys,

there just was an update to Version 1.09 of the FS2024 premium version of the A300-600. Huge problem: All liveries are gone. I don´t know if this is itentional or a mistake: If it is indeed a mistake, please fix this in a timely manner. If it is intentional: The included liveries were advertised in the marketplace and are as such a big selling point for the A300.

We'll take a look into this, if possible try de-selecting the aircraft in Free Flight uninstalling, and then restarting the console and reinstalling the aircraft once back in the sim in the meantime, thank you.

Additionally verify that the liveries packages (which is a separate package from the aircraft itself); is active and either streamed or installed. Thank you

I did as you asked and I can confirm that it didn´t change anything. Apparently the version is now up to 1.1.10. Anyway, the liveries are still missing: For each variant there are still just the plain white and house liveries which diverts greatly from the advertised pictures. I really hope that you add them back in - asap.

For that matter, in 2020 there was the yellow DHL livery available too (not the white and yellow air hong kong, a classic yellow DHL). To be fair, that is not advertised but since the premium edition is supposed too be an upgrade, I wonder why one livery would be left out. But at least the ones as marketed including FedEx and UPS who are nowadays the two most prominent operators.

Got it, thank you for checking that and I'll make note of the DHL livery missing. I believe it was brought up awhile back but I'll still run it past the team just to be sure.

Im having the same issue, i am on PC so originally i assumed it was an issue with my files. I wiped everything i had and reinstalled the game, still the same issue, i made a ticket but haven’t gotten any update beyond the devs being informed. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Personally I’m not missing everything, however I'm missing a majority of liveries such as the PW fed ex, and some others i believe the dhl one has been missing since i got the plane, same as OP.

Any news on that issue, Inibuilds? We would really appreciate if the plane got back in the state it was advertised and we bought it as such - and if we won´t have to wait weeks and month for it to happen.

unfortunately on my end there is no indication that the team is aware of the issue. It is now again a week since the last massage and almost a month since reporting the issue. This is not a case of any mysterious bug in the depth of the hydraulic system: It can not be that hard to identify whe the liveries are missing and putting them back in in a hotfix.

And again: I would not have bought the upgrade to the "premium" 2024 version if I knew that there would not be any liveries available. So I really hope this is solved within the next days and will not turn into a case of false advertisement.

I can’t help but notice a complete lack of interest in them fixing this issue, all I’ve heard is usual the slop responses. I submitted a ticket of this issue like three weeks ago and have only heard the same unhelpful answer “its been forwarded to the devs” well evidently not because i think this simple issue would have been solved by now. I paid money for this product and now I’m only getting a small portion of what i paid for. This lack of interest is really swaying my interest in purchasing any future products if this is the norm for inibuilds.

Keep in mind we already have to pay extra for these liveries and they don’t even show up? This is getting pretty frustrating now.

My liveries were showing up just fine a few days prior to me reporting the issue. I went as far as cleaning out everything msfs related on my entire system and deleting the sim as well, and reinstalled from scratch and that didn’t fix anything, my ups livery is colored weirdly, the PW fedex is gone, and the DHL has oddly always been gone, i never knew that was apart of the pack.

I don’t have issues like this from any other developers, maybe because they stay on top of it instead of doubting multiple reports and blowing them off.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked with a fellow team member, who has reported no issues and both livery packs showing. Can you please make sure the aircraft and livery pack are both up to date within the markeplace?

They show up do date, and i even downloaded both rather than just streaming them, and I’m still missing the same liveries, along with the UPS one looking way off, instead of brown it shows full black on tail end.

thanks for checking in again. As I already told your colleague earlier: The product is up to date. I even uninstalled and re-installed the whole package. The liveries are not showing up. As you can see on the screenshots attached: The product version is up to 1.1.10 with no update available and there are no liveries showing up in the configuration (the example is the GE-engine Freighter which should have the Fedex livery).

Oh, and I just read the part "both livery packs showing". It is not about the additional livery packs. It is about the liveries already included with the aircraft itself. This should be the case for the Fedex, UPS, Air Hong Kong (DHL), Emirates, Garuda Indonesia, Thai (Star-Alliance), Iran Air, Monarch as it is stated with the product description in marketplace.

I understand your frustration and assure you, we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue. As I mentioned to another user in this thread, I had a team member test this yesterday and they were reporting no issues. We will continue to investigate.
