June 4Jun 4 Hi There,I submitted a ticket to MSFS zendesk regarding issues with the Short SC.7 awhile ago and basically gave up as the customer with the lack of ownership from a seller. However I just want to see what the next steps would be to get this aircraft working.Their response was the belowI can see another post from earlier in 2025 regarding this same issue where the aircraft is not usable, and the response to that user was to contact MSFS instead.I just wanted to reach out to check on what would be the way forward with this? 2 hours ago2 hr I know it may seem like an ask, but can we PLEASE get the aircraft working in the sim? I do appreciate iniBuilds producing and releasing awesome flight sim addons, but I feel the responsibility for supporting the existing products shouldn't fall by the wayside. Considering the Skyvan is one of my favorite aircraft it disappoints me greatly that we are STILL left out to dry by the iniBuilds team. Please find the time to respond to your community/customers and allocate the resources to fixing and improving the existing products.
