All fuel pumps show as ON during initial power-up, but revert to OFF when any of them is latched.

In 1.05, all fuel pumps initially show their flow bars after power up. However, once ANY pump is selected, the others immediately switch to OFF. It appears that they are initialising in the wrong visual state, but the pumps are actually off.

I'll try to capture a video of this occurring.
